She has a gift at documenting special moments from unique perspectives; using light, shadows, reflections and other elements to breathe life into every picture. We were fortunate to work with Samira for my school website and Facebook picture she is so easy to work with, even when you might feel awkward, not know how to stand or what exactly you should do with your hands, Trust her! Her guidance and creativity always pay off. Sam met us in Redmond to take some family photos while the Fall leaves were in full color. She was super easy to work with in advance as we planned the day, did a great job researching and checking out the perfect shoot locations and, on the day of, was professional and immediately had us feeling at ease. She expertly wrangled all of us, including our 22-month-old son (which is easier said than done!). The resulting pictures are fabulous! She excels at capturing authentic in-the-moment shots, while also seamlessly weaving in a few specific poses we had in mind. And her turn around time on the finalized photos was seriously impressive. I would recommend her to everyone in the area and we hope we can work with her again next year!

We asked Samira to do some family pictures. We had nothing special in mind. We just knew we wanted picture of the 4 of us together. She was perfect, she had some ideas, propositions for us. Our son has severe autism and severe ADHD so it is very difficult to keep him calm and not moving but Samira was very patient and was fast enough to catch some beautiful moments of the 4 of us. We have now some wonderful pictures. I strongly recommend her!
